General question… Using BOX Cloud for data source storage and employee user authentication.

Anyone know of a fix for having to re-log into BOX each time our employees use our Appsheet App on iPhone?

Can you check that device for available storage space?

We believe that when the system is low on storage space it tries to reclaim some space from the installed apps, and in our case that reclamation removes some login information.

If that’s the case then freeing up some storage on those devices may help.

It’s unrelated to the storage source.
