Get value from another table

I have problem with apps, can somebody help me please ?

I want Site ID in “Check Point” table, get data from “Plan” table with this criteria :
If I choose “PIC” in “check point” table and date is today, so “Site ID” only view base on “Plan” table.

Currently, i can’t do it. “Site ID” view all base on “Plan” table (yesterday & today)

I want dropdown Site ID in the Check Point
