Good morning,

I am struggling with the security filters. Do you have to have a section on the form someone fills out on the app for emails in order to use security filters? Or is there a way to have it filter without having someone actually fill out their email every time?

I think you are asking where the email address normally comes from.

Security filters are normally used with apps that require sign-in. When the user signs in, AppSheet automatically looks up the user’s email address.

In your form, you include one column that is assigned its value using the expression USEREMAIL(). This automatically copies the user’s email address into that column.
