Hello @Rajesh_Kumar,
Are you using a Google Script service to invoke AppSheet API?

If so, you can refer to this document here [1].
Check if you enabled the Web API and apply the authorization key to the headers.
Also, the Rest API feature is only available for Business subscribers.
