Google sheet comments appearing in app

I have an app that i use as information about my employees. I added a comment on google sheets and now when ever I add a new employee the google sheet comment appears above the first line. I went to google sheet and deleted all of the comments but it is still appearing.

Check and possibly clear the affected column’s Description property:
