Google Sheets to Database

My app is getting more and more complex and we will be starting to collect health information using the app. I would need to move to HIPAA compliant SQL Database. What would my options be? Do I need set up the entire app again?

Set your new SQL data table as new data source to your appsheet account.
And then copy your running app with copied data which is saved to newly created SQL data tables, otherwise Appsheet will look after. Very simple process to scale up your app to SQL.

Does not matter which SQL you select as far as Appsheet can connect.
