Grouped Actions: Data Change action not trigering

I have an issue where I have 2 grouped actions, but on is not being triggered.

The first action takes the user to a new view to fill out a form, and then another action to change data from the original view. The data is not being changed. Do I have to make it navigate back to the original view in order for the Data Change action to take place?

You may need to create a data change workflow to change the data in the original view.
