Handling AppSheet's Yes/No datatype in Oracle database

Hi guys,

what would be the correct column data type in Oracle to handle the Yes/No data type of AppSheet?

I have tried with a lot of datatype in Oracle, even setting in AppSheet the column as Enum and base type as Yes/No but always get this error:
