Has there been a change in how AppSheet apps transition between screens?

Transitions (changes from one screen to another) seem “sudden” now.

Less delay between tapping and movement is good but it seems that the nice, fluid transitions I am used to are gone (or so fast as to be barely perceptible).

I noticed this on my AppSheet editor (the web page first) then

confirmed the same change on my phone.

Something has definitely changed and the change can be observed on AppSheet’s sample apps:

Look, for example, at “Monthly Equipment Inspections” (should be the first sample to come up).

If you try to switch between the menus on the bottom of the screen, the resulting change is very abrupt. By contrast, transitions from one record to the next within views are fine.

Some of the transitions have changed while others remain unaffected.

I was just using my app and it seems fine now!!

The transitions have no effect on what one can actually do with an app but they have a surprisingly big impact on how using an app feels.
