Have form reloaded or specific form opened when cancel pressed?

I have a data entry form that is accessed by an opening form that gets a ‘PI_NO’ from the user to open the corresponding data entry form. When the user clicks saved on the data entry form I run and action to load another of the same specific form with the PI_NO already set.

My problem comes when the user presses CANCEL. The app goes back to my welcome screen and not the opening form for them to select another PI_NO and not to the same form with the pre-filled PI_NO.

Can I add an action to the cancel button on a per form basis? I read how to hide it using the " " in localize settings but there are probably cases where I want to use the cancel button as a cancel.
