Having a problem when selecting from one table data into my second table

I have two tables:

Employee Table
Employee Location Table

I place new employee information into the first table (Employee Table)
I then need to pull that data into the second Table (Employee Location Table) when i am getting their locations.

My problem:
When i pull the information - it shows the [ID] in the [Employee] column? So in other words - the [ID] is the key and is forcing that value in the wrong column.
