Header in all report pages

Hello,

I´m trying to insert header/report in a template but only at the first page is present and page number isn´t printed in any page.

AppSheet simply can’t do this. Raise a feature request like I did and hope enough people upvote it

Alas, it does not seem important to most people, even though it’s a fundamental business requirement!
