Hello AppSheet Users,

I was wondering how I can sort the order of rows by a date column? My table has a column for the date and I would like to sort my rows in this order. Starting from the most recent dates. Is it possible to do this?

Any help/guidance greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hi @Eric,You can go to the view types table (or deck or gallery or detail) of the table where you wish to have the view sorted and in the "Sort by " parameter under DATA option, please set the date column name from your table and order as descending .

However this sorting takes place in the app views level and not at the back end data.
