Hello everyone, We are currently experiencing a major problem with one of our applications. We use Appsheet with several people, mainly to save and exchange photos.

On some devices, images are no longer displayed (the grey logo with exclamation mark is displayed), both on the computer and on the smartphone. We use Google Drive as a database for storing our data.

The photos are however well saved, and appear on other devices… We tried to clear the cache, open the same application with the same link to different Google accounts, but the problem persists… For some images are displayed, for others not.

What do you think might be the problem? What could you advise me to do?

Are you certain that the images are still stored in the system folders on the drive in the root folder with the sheet?

Also, sometimes if someone copies a sheet they are actually accidentally creating a second location unknowingly… So right click the sheet go to details and make sure there is just one location

Yes, I’m sure the images/files are in the right folder saved.

If that were not the case, we would have this problem on all on our devices/users.

In our case, for the same Google account with the same application link, images appear on some devices but not on others.

Is there anything that can conflict with Appsheet or our database? Can this come from Appsheet servers?

We are desperately looking for the solution…
