Hello, How do i disable the “Create New App” on my User’s app menu? Please help.

You can use Security filter with the Pro plan and you can whitelabel the app.

And what do i do if i need to add users who aren’t on gmail? Google is the source of my database .

You can use one of the list Google, Office365, Dropbox, Box, Smartsheet or Salesforce.

Does that mean users need to be connect to any of these before they can use the app?
