Hello, I am a researcher and am working with a nonprofit to build and internal monitoring and evaluation system that tracks data from surveys taken by participants. Is this something that this app can handle? It would require some minimal data analysis.

Depends what data analysis you are looking for - if not natively supported in AppSheet, you will need to use other solutions, for example Google Charts, Plotly, Tableau etc.
