i have a problem with empty space in email pre-header . How to remove it? I´ve already tried dummy space but no effect.

Do you have a simple app with a workflow rule that illustrates the problem? That would enable me to investigate the problem.

If so, please provide: 1. The account id (from the Account pane) 2. The app name 3. The workflow rule name 4. The steps to reproduce the problem.
