Hello, I want to create a formula so that when filling out a form, one of the lines of this form is filled automatically, that is, that the value of the join of two lines, is searched in another table and when find shows the value of another cell of that same line.

If you got wrong value, it means you have more records than one with the same “Name” and the formula found the first one.
