Hello. I would like to ask whether is it possible to create a sign up page for users who download my app? Thanks

Appsheet doesn’t have it’s own log in mechanism. Instead of that, the user can use one of this list… Google, Dropbox, Box, Smartsheet, Office365 or Salesforce.

You can add the user to your whitelist. You can find it from Editor > Users > Users.
