Hello, I’ve been facing this same problem in a week. My app doesn’t load successfully and it keeps saying “Server Error”. I try to figure out on the Communities and also on Appsheet Documentation but I still can’t find any solution. Every time both I and my users press the sync button It appears the same. I don’t know what if I configure it wrong or about the Appsheet server or about Google Drive server. Could please anyone help me, please? Thank in advance.

Several of the error messages indicate that worksheet could not be found. This seems to be happening intermittently, which is hard to explain. Are you doing anything to the Google worksheet directly that might be affecting it?

I ask because the problem seems to be very intermittent and limited to your app. No other customer is reporting a similar error with Google sheets. Goole is by far the most popular data store, so I think if this were a common problem other would be reporting it.

Does this happen every time when you press “sync” or just now and then? Does this happen for all users or just for you?

This happens around a week for me and my users. After we press the sync button it say Server Error and when I hold long press down on some pages it appears a dot-circle and then it show the last image I sent you.
