Hi, I want to develop an app that audits different audit topics. In the main view, I have 6 different subjects see image1. From this table, I want to go in the audit topic table and from there I want to have multiple forms to fill to complete the selected audit topic. I want to do this for each audit topic and forms are all different Y-N-N/A field type questions. How should I structure my table and references between them to achieve this app design without turning around?
