Help: Unable to fetch app definition. Error: App locked

Hi All,
Could you please suggest how to fix this problem?
I have run deployment check and there’s no error. However, my app kept showing ‘app did not upload successfully. Unable to fetch app definition. Error: app blocked’.

It’s likely that you’ve gone over your plan limits.

For me, I had to add users (share) to the permissions part of my google sheet, so the data they were entering on the app was allowed to be modified on the google sheet. That fixed everything.

I’m doing a (free) prototype/personal account where I’m not deploying my app and I’m still getting this error.
