Help with App Error

Hey guys,
My app is showing the following error and I can’t find the actual problem.

*Error*
*The Equiposencampo2-1229451 app did not load successfully. Please contact the app creator.*
*Unable to fetch app definition. Error: app blocked. Please contact the app creator*

I couldn’t find any red warning inside the app dev panel.
We’re using this MVP App for free with 9 users since we’re still defining some internal processes.

I’ll really appreciate receiving some support from you.
