Help with AppSheet Support

Hello, wondering if someone can help.

I sent two emails to support@appsheet.com and received no response so far. The first was sent January 11th, the second was sent on January 15th.

Is support@appsheet.com a reliable way to receive support? If not, are there any other options?

Have you checked your spam folder? Support’s messages seem to end up there frequently.

We checked this with @YGY and there seems to be something going on with their email provider. We have received those tickets now and challenge is solved.
