Help with correct Start: expression

I would like some help figuring out the right start expression to get the employee times moved to after the bold version of the employee names. I have tried using a SELECT(AND()) expression to limit the data to TODAY and the proper emplyee but it seems to break the template and the email never sends.

After making a change to the template, go to the app editor and make a trivial benign change to your app (like switching something off and back on) and then Save and Verify Data. Save and Verify Data will also check the validity of your templates and report any errors, which might tell you what’s wrong.
