Help With Inspection App

I am stuck on this app. My primary views are good… but I don’t know how to click on something in the tables and have the data from “data” sheet be there.
Ultimately what I want is to click on Bar primary view then choose a catagory. then have corresponding list from data sheet with a dropdown choice of Poor, Improve, Good, Excellent

Where I seem to be having difficulty is understanding how to populate Detail and Form Views
Later I would like to add if(poor) employee, Image, and signature. Again these need to be in the Detail or Form views so stumped again.

I tried to click on your prototype but it is not publicly available so I couldn’t view it. Perhaps someone will be able to respond if you share screenshots here and more detail about what isn’t working properly.
