Help: writing data to google sheet activates auto increment of numbers

I write data out to a Distribution table. When my data ends in a number, Google Sheets increments that number, even though the column in the app and in the sheet are set as Text. This is really screwing up my data.

What can I do?

Can you give us screenshots of column definition (about your question).
And screenshots of data in spreadsheet.

Have you set the column in Google Sheets to be TEXT?
