Hi,
A question about Twilio. Who is paying money for SMS via Twilio? Thanks and have great new year.
According to this paragraph whoever owns Twilio account: โฆAll Twilio SMS related charges will appear on your personal Twilio accountโฆ
More details here: https://help.appsheet.com/behavior/workflow-sending-sms/sending-sms-from-a-workflow-rule-or-schedule...
@RezaRaoofi Dear Reza,
What about that paragraph in mentioned article? I have pro plan. Is that means that AppSheet gonna to pay SMSs?
Using Your Own Twilio Account
All Twilio SMS related charges will appear on your personal Twilio account. You must be enrolled in an AppSheet โPay per user Premiumโ, โPay per user Proโ, โPay per app Publisher Plusโ, or โPay per app Publisher Proโ subscription plan.
In the same article says you could choose to use AppSheetโs Twilio account meaning you wonโt pay for subscription at Twilio for your own account, however in that case it says in another paragraph that: โฆYou can send SMS messages to phone numbers located in the United States and Canadaโฆ
So, if you want to send SMS to other countries, you will have to get a subscription on Twilio for yourself and pay for it yourself.
