Hi All and everyone,

I am trying to get an email template to work/ function so it does not return an Error:

Workflow rule ‘Customer Issues’ field ‘Attachment’ expression ‘Client Name’ is invalid due to: Expression refers to undefined field.MORE INFO

I suspect it has somthing to do with this:

<<_UPDATEMODE>> to application ‘<<_APPNAME>>’ table ‘<<_TABLENAME>>’ by ‘<<USEREMAIL()>>’ at <<NOW()>>

I have tried to get a youtube vidieo that expalins what is required to fix it but I cant.

Can anyone answer this, Please? I would be so Grateful.

The reason is somewhere else than <<_UPDATEMODE…>>. The reason is the “Client Name” expression. What is the exact formula in your attachment?
