Hi All,

I am trying to put together an equipment inventory and sign out/sign in record but I am having trouble making one action do multiple things (not sure if even possible). I am guessing I really need to do this as a format rule, but I shall try and explain what I mean.

In short, I would like the [Site Location] to be a set lat/long if [Assigned To] is “Unassigned”.

Perhaps this would be easier to set up in the Google sheet as a Data Validation selection?
