Hi All, I have a question. Can anybody help. I have an issue with using the =USEREMAIL() added to as an app formula.Each time i enter some information it works well. but when when the user modify the entry, the useremail changes. any way i can prevent this?

The expression in the App Formula field will be recalculated every time the row is being edited. So if you use USEREMAIL() as an app formula it will always who the email of the last user to edit this record.

However, the formula in the Initial Value field is only calculated once, when the row is created. You probably want to use USEREMAIL() as an initial value.
