That’s an app to welcome visitor in our site. They have to fill their lastname, firstname, company…and I need to show us the Safety Video before to save the form.

Yes you can do that with the Show > Video column. Copy the video ID (Get shareable link) from gDrive and place it into this “https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=YourID”
