Hi all,

Is there a way to use a showif in a workflow report?

I have a table that has about 10 fields in it. I want to some of these fields so they show up each time I run the report. But some of the fields I only want to include if theyโ€™re not blank. Is there a way to accomplish this without having to split the fields into two different tables?

There is no way to conditionally include or exclude content at the moment.

May I ask why donโ€™t you just add that field into the template or body textโ€ฆ if the value is blank, it doesnโ€™t fill anything into that field.

@Aleksi_Alkio yes I have done that. But each field has a label so when the report prints I end up with a bunch of labels that have no text. To be more clear, Iโ€™d like it if the label and text field do not show up in the report if the field is blank.

Because you donโ€™t have control with Show_If as Philip mentioned, you need to create that functionality by yourself. You can use the same method for headersโ€ฆ like <<IFS(ISNOTBLANK([Column]),โ€œHeaderโ€)>>.
