Hi all, needed some help!

Is there a way to add multiple rows for every column that is filled in a form?

For example, a sales agent wants to enter multiple sales, but instead of filling the form again and again, he fills different columns of the form(Sale 1, Sale 2), and each column filled get entered as a separate row in the table.
