Hi community! I am changing my free plan and I have a doubt. If I do not want to publish my app on google/iphone market, I can choose between Publisher or Publisher Plus plans. So, If I do not know if I will have more than 100 users, I can opt for the Publisher or after that, the app will lock? Is the diferent only about the features and no about limit of users?

If you will have more than 100 users, you will receive few emails asking to upgrade your plan before the app will be blocked. You can find the difference in features (for example workflow) and user limit as well.
