Hi everyone. Can Appsheet directly trigger sending SMS using the stock Android/Iphone Messenger? I mean not using Twilio.

OK, so as long as I am on my mobile phone or tablet I can send an SMS (text) message from my Appsheet app.

How would appsheet do this outside of an AppSheet workflow.

@Mary_Jane_Pender If you have a Phone-type column, the app gives you the option of sending an SMS when the column is displayed.

is there a way in Workflow to send SMS via the native SMS app? like if there’s a new row, Appsheet will automatically send text to a phone number.
