Hi Everyone,

I have created emails through workflows that include a link back to the record that has been completed.

I am using <<_ROW_WEB_LINK>> in the email template.

When the person receives the email it has a link to the record but the link can not just be clicked on. It needs to be copied and pasted.

The workflow you can enter the information into “Email Body” without using a template and when that sends the email the link is show as a “Click here” which people can click and it takes them straight to the record.

How to do get the google sheet template to do the same?
