Hi,
I am trying to use a MySQL database created with phpMyadmin, I have this error message when I try to connect:
Failed to establish connection. Details: One or more SQL errors has been encountered: Unable to connect to the MySQL database. You might not have the required permission or might be blocked by a firewall.
The user created for this has all privileges. Does anybody has an idea of where could be the problem?
Maybe I need to whitelist an IP to grant the access in my server?

@Aleksi_Alkio Thanks a lot! Translate
Is this case solved now? Was the reason missing IP addresses?
@Aleksi_Alkio it is not solved yet but I assume that I was missing this information. It should work, I will comment when it is ok.
@Aleksi_Alkio Ok, it does not work. I think I have been trying to do something not possible: the MySQL database is in a dedicated server this is why it does not work right?
Letโs see what our SQL expert will think about this. Adding @Harry
@Aleksi_Alkio Hi, finally I go for a Google Cloud server. Problem was IP was not public. Beter I go for a google cloud server which will have necessary security.
