Hi I build an app based on Excel online spreadsheer I share the app to one of my colleague so he can use it (Users / Users / Share tiyr App. role : User can use app) When I try to run it on the mobile of the colleague I got the message “user is not allowed”

do you know what is going on? How can I fix it?

Hello @Anthony_DEDE, What’s the cloud provider set in your app what’s the email address of your colleague? Provided you set the cloud provider to Any Provider, then your colleague can use the app if he owns an email address which is associated with one of the cloud providers required by AppSheet: -Google -Office365 -Box -Smartsheet -Dropbox You may want to read this page also: https://appsheethelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/209969577-Understanding-AppSheet-Security

Hi it was office365 but the provider set on the security menu was not the good ones
