Hi. I want to create a popup validation message(you have successfully registered!) when user scan their QR code. Anyone know how to?

You can choose a Finish view for your form. You can find it under the view definition.

one more question. Let say I scanned the QR Code that contains my name โ€œAmylia Yaโ€

how do I split the data into two different column?

You can do that with expressions LEFT, RIGHT and FIND.
