Hi I’m having an issue with my app where it would freeze for about 2 minutes either after entering data or clicking save or uploading images or scanning barcodes, are there any ways to prevent this freeze or whats the issue causing this? Your feedback would be very helpful. Thank you!

You could check what is causing this from the Performance profile. Have you checked that?

@Karl_Kenny3 Can you give some details about the device you’re using? Android or iOS, which model, which operating system version number? Performance profile would reveal issues with slow sync but this sounds local to the device.
