I’m trying out Appsheet and are really liking it, I have therefor signed up for one month of Premium and have paid the $5, my plan still shows “Free”. Am I missing something or? I would love to contact support but that is apparently only possible with a premium subscription, which I have but somehow it doesn’t work.

@Ernst_Krogtoft What is your account ID number so I could check your account? Your app can be deployed or not though.

It seems that 3.5 hours after subscribing, you have downgraded your account back to FREE for some reason. So you would need to upgrade your account with the Premium plan again. There is a pending credit right now on the account, so, the charge would pull from that prior to charging a card on file.
