Hi is there a way where i can add a 3d cad file on appsheet and move it like in a cad software??

Some 3D modelling softwares can save the model as pdf file where the user can rotate the model as you were requesting… for example you can do that with Solidworks. If your software can save that format, you could just try it.

Am aware of the 3d pdf but will that work in appsheet app

It’s so special file type even it’s a pdf so you should test it.
