Hi. I’ve deployed my app, and the only people who can use it are gmail accounts.

And it’s a lot of clicking and signing on.

I would prefer Microsoft accounts.

Any ideas for how to fix this?

@Gittel_Marcus if you switch to a Corporate plan, you can use MS Active Directory login

@Levent_KULACOGLU We will eventually use a corporate plan, is it the case that until we are no longer using the free account, we can only use gmail accounts?

@Gittel_Marcus with free plan, per-user and per-app plans you can use any email account which is associated with one of the allowed clouds i.e. Google, Box, Dropbox, Office365, Smartsheet etc.

That was my understanding.

But the Office365 feature isn’t working - at least it won’t allow us to use the accounts.

It allowed me to add them as users, and allowed them to download the app, but it won’t let them access the app (sign in, view, it just keeps giving the sign in prompt for google over and over.)

This is the answer: Security > Require Sign-In > Authentication provider > Any provider?

@Gittel_Marcus yes it is
