Hi, when i look my app on PC with full screen, all is very large. Possible to have something centered like tab or Phone ?

You can use the iphone mobile preview mode.

The Tablet views are also good for a bigger view without going the whole full screen. I find โ€œHorizontal Tabletโ€ a good size for viewing on my laptop and save it as a shortcut.
