hi

when u publish a white label app, does every user get to see only the data he is entering or can he see all the data entered by every user?

i want a user to only view his data and no others. also is there a way to share part or whole of the data recorded to another person via email. thanks

@Shri The data in your white-labeled app works exactly the same as in a non white-labeled app. To make users only see their own data, you should use security filters: help.appsheet.com - Security Filters: The Essentials Security Filters: The Essentials help.appsheet.com

@Shri just keep in mind if you use Security Filters that @Gil_Littman_AppSheet refers to and that the Users need to now Log In, that the cost per user pricing of Appsheet comes into affect
