Hide Edit button while other actions buttons can be active

I need the user to be able to use the actions button, while the edit action not to show at all

i.e. not to allow the user direct access to the form to edit, only to use the action buttons I allowed for.

Have you tried to write a formula for that system generated Edit action’s condition rule?
