Hide image text for small or medium images in gallery view.
The use case is in a browser-based dashboard, where clicking the image generates an action and the image is self-explanatory or has its own text embedded in it. If the image text (taken from the ‘label’ column) could be removed, this would allow tighter spacing of images and a cleaner interface. My particular usage is as an icon-only navigation menu.
Current workaround is to add a column that has blank rows, and then mark that as the ‘label’ column, so that no text shows under the image. however, the space for the text under the image remains, and this makes the spacing between the images look clunky.
