How can i add a login to separate users?

Hello! How can i add a “login” system to my app? I want the users to view/modify only their informations… I do not need a SUPER secure system, its only for a formal thing inside my company.

The following example uses Sheets on google to store Login informations

Example:

When i click on SVC (users) shows the pre defined users.

note: thats not my work, i just want to replicate it.
