How can I change the spreadsheet location on Dropbox without redoing the app?

In your table options (editor: data -> tables) you can select different source under source path.

The spreadsheet location is configured with the table, in Data > Tables. After moving the spreadsheet, go to the corresponding table configuration(s) and update as appropriate. Note that your app will break after you move the spreadsheet until you have successfully saved the updates to the table configuration(s).
